Samsung looks set to launch new 4G smartphones in India, with the support page for the Galaxy M14 4G now live in the country. Additionally, the Galaxy F14 4G and M14 4G user manuals have surfaced online, providing a glimpse into their designs. A Google Play Console listing suggests that these 4G devices may be rebranded versions of the Galaxy A05s.

It is worth noting that the marketing name for Samsung Galaxy A05s has been changed to Samsung Galaxy F14 4G in Google Play Console. It marks a rebranding and suggests that both the Galaxy F14 4G and potentially the Galaxy M14 4G could be rebadged versions of the Galaxy A05s, which was already launched in India in 2023.
The details suggest that the Galaxy F14 4G will have a Full HD+ display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset paired with an Adreno 610 GPU, and will run on Android 13. According to the MSP report, the Samsung Galaxy M14 4G is tagged with the model number SM-M145F/DS, while the Samsung Galaxy F14 4G is tagged with the model number SM-E145F/DS. The phones have an identical set of specifications and are said to be for different regions.

Both will feature a triple rear camera placed separately on the top left corner of the back.
